Let's chat about how we plan to Bake You Happy, whether it's on the phone or in person. If you have any pictures of inspiration you can attach them here so that we may have a better understanding of your vision. Trust us to provide delicious baked goods, tailored to your preferences and design. Let Grace's Tiers Bakery be your go-to for all your sweet treats. We offer any flavor cake or cupcakes, designer cookies, some select pastries, cake pops, custom treats, tarts, cheescakes, etc.. If it's a phone consultation you will need to call us at your scheduled time at 817-479-3037 and please make sure your fee is paid before the scheduled consultation. Our expert bakers are dedicated to crafting custom cakes that reflect your style and taste. Trust us to provide delicious baked goods, tailored to your preferences and design. Let Grace's Tiers Bakery be your go-to for all your sweet treats. We encourage all orders to be scheduled 2-3 weeks in advance. Orders that are scheduled 4 days or less from your pickup date will incur a last minute fee. In-person consultations at our location are also available for a personalized touch. For out-of-state customers, don't worry - we offer phone consultations to ensure we meet your needs no matter where you are. We usually need a lot more information in order to quote you accurately. PLEASE NOTE: We offer 24 different cupcake flavors daily. If it's a flavor we don't offer regularly, then it will need to be ordered in advance and we only do them by the dozen. Cupcake flavors offered daily can be purchased and tasted during your in person consultation. Cancellation Policy
Consultation Policy In person or phone – Grace's Tiers Bakery The first consultation requires a $20 non-refundable fee. However, if you decide to place an order with us, this fee will be applied toward your total. The fee must be paid before the scheduled consultation. In the event of a no-show, the fee for a rescheduled consultation will increase to $25 (non-refundable). If you are going to be late, please call us at 817-479-3037 to let us know. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance or reschedule online to avoid being marked as a no-show.
