Service Description
Welcome to Graces Tiers Bakery, where every bite tells a story. Let's chat about how we plan to bake you happy! In-person consultations at our location are available for a personalized touch. For out-of-state customers, don't worry - we offer phone consultations to ensure we meet your needs no matter where you are. Schedule your consultation and experience the joy of Grace's Tiers Bakery from beginning to end. PLEASE NOTE: If you schedule a phone call, you have to CALL US at your scheduled time. Call 817-479-3037 to speak to one of our cake consultants and hopefully we can accommodate all your dessert needs and Bake You Happy. We do not offer online ordering at this time. We usually need a lot more information in order to quote you accurately. PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to schedule a specific cake tasting it is $80 for 3 regular flavors, $100 dollars for specialty flavors. Each cake size is a 4" - 2 layer which has to be scheduled 3 weeks in advance. We however do offer 3 cupcakes during your consultation. Three cupcakes of your choice from the 24 choices we have available. If you choose more than 3, the additional choices would be at an additional cost. We offer 24 different cupcake flavors daily. If it is a flavor we don't offer regularly, then it will need to be ordered in advance, and we only do them by the dozen. Cupcake flavors offered daily can be purchased during consultation to also take home to try. Regular cupcake flavors: $4.68 Chocolate Vanilla Strawberry Lemon Lemon Blueberry Cookies and Cream Chocolate Oreo Confetti Peanut Butter Butter Pecan Wedding White (almond flavor) Specialty cupcake flavors: $5.19 Chocolatey Chocolate German Chocolate Red Velvet Strawberriest Strawberry Italian Cream White Chocolate Raspberry Carrot Banana Split Salted Caramel Boston Creme (yellow cake) Maple Bacon Any flavor not listed and you would like it at your consult, you must order 3 weeks in advance and they are only done by the dozen, so my suggestion would then be to order 3 (4inch-2 layer) cake flavors of your choice. If you would like to specifically speak with Mrs. Grace and it's outside her regular booking days or hours, you would need to call the bakery and speak to her and see if she can accommodate your preferred date and time. Mrs. Grace is extremely busy, so her time is very limited.
Cancellation Policy
Wedding Consultation Policy are in person – Grace's Tiers Bakery The first consultation requires a $25 non-refundable fee. Your consultation includes 3 cupcakes of your choice to taste. Any additional cupcakes are at store price. The fee must be paid before the scheduled consultation date. You will receive an invoice after the consultation is scheduled and approved. In the event of a no-show, the fee for a rescheduled consultation will increase to $30 (non-refundable). If you are going to be late, please call us at 817-479-3037 to let us know. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance or reschedule online to avoid being marked as a no-show. For appointments outside of our listed scheduling hours, please call for to see if we can accommodate your date and time request.
